Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Interior Design Sales, located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and providing regular updates to senior management on sales activities and client feedback.

Qualifications

• 2-3 Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the interior design industry is a plus.
