Key Responsibilities Site Management: Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including civil work, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and other interior finishing tasks. Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the company's quality standards and design specifications. Conduct regular inspections and identify and rectify any deviations or defects. Timeline Adherence: Monitor project progress against the schedule, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion. Resource Management: Efficiently manage on-site labor, materials, and equipment. Coordination: Liaise effectively with architects, designers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues and challenges. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on site progress, challenges, and resource utilization. Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, material consumption, and labor attendance.
