Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience or interest in healthcare infrastructure design. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our architectural, engineering, and project execution teams to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and regulatory-compliant interior spaces for hospitals and healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and layout proposals for hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions. Prepare detailed working drawings, color scheme, and material boards. Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and medical-grade materials suitable for clinical environments. Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and vendors to ensure cohesive and accurate execution of designs. Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee interior implementation and resolve on-site design issues. Ensure that designs align with hospital norms, safety standards, and patient-centric principles. Create presentations for clients and assist in project documentation. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. 5-10 years of experience (preferably with exposure to healthcare, commercial, or institutional interiors). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and design visualization tools. Knowledge of Revit or 3Ds Max is a plus. Strong understanding of materials, ergonomics, lighting, and color theory. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
