Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach prospective clients from hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical institutions.
  
• Pitch and promote Hospertz's turnkey healthcare services and solutions.
  
• Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers such as doctors, hospital promoters, and administrators.
  
• Maintain follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
  
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with the internal design/project teams.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  
• Maintain CRM data and generate weekly business reports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  3 to 5 years in Interior Design Sales / Real Estate Sales or related fields

• Qualification:

  Graduate (preferred in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, or relevant disciplines)

• Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Confident in client presentations and site visits
  
• Ability to understand space planning and interior layouts
  
• Goal-oriented with a strong sales acumen
  
• Comfortable with traveling for client meetings (within city limits)
