Job Summary:The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the clinic. This role is responsible for managing the front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, answering queries, billing, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally. Handle patient registration and collect required documentation. Manage appointments: scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, doctors’ availability, and clinic timings. Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for efficient patient flow. Maintain the front office, waiting area, and reception desk in a clean and organized manner. Handle billing, payment collection, and issuance of receipts. Maintain and update patient records in the clinic’s software system. Manage stock of front desk stationery and basic medical forms. Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and confidentiality of patient data. Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and email communication. Qualifications & Skills:Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a clinic/hospital setting. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language. Proficient in using computers and clinic management software. Friendly personality with a professional attitude. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
