Interior Designer

Role Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with client needs and brand identity. You will work on residential, commercial, or showroom projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:Meet with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and budgets. Develop space plans, layouts, color schemes, and material palettes. Prepare conceptual drawings, 2D/3D designs, renders, and presentations. Create detailed technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for execution. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity is maintained. Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and budgets. Required Skills & Competencies:Strong design sensibility and creative vision. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, 3ds Max, V-Ray). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and project management skills.
