Interior Designer Fresher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Interior Design Intern to join our team at Flow Interio Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a strong understanding of design principles. As an intern, you will play a key role in assisting our design team by interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and helping coordinate meetings and communications. You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting design projects and gain hands-on experience with industry-standard software and design processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Client Interaction

  : Reach out to potential and existing clients via phone and email to understand their design requirements and preferences.

• Scheduling Meetings

  : Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and managers to discuss project details, design ideas, and timelines.

• Design Assistance

  : Assist the design team with the preparation of design presentations, mood boards, and layouts.

• Software Proficiency

  : Use design software such as SketchUp to create 3D models, floor plans, and design visuals as required by the team.

• Documentation & Research

  : Assist in maintaining design documentation, tracking project progress, and conducting market research on new materials and design trends.

• Client Follow-ups

  : Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding project updates and feedback.

• Office Support

  : Provide general administrative and office support to the design team, including preparing reports, organizing design samples, and ensuring that all project materials are up to date.

• Team Collaboration

  : Work closely with senior designers and managers to support the smooth execution of projects.
