About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team at Fabyellow Design Studio. You will play a key role in designing residential spaces, coordinating with clients, handling site execution, and ensuring smooth project delivery. If you have a strong design sense and enjoy working on real homes and real sites, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visuals
• Create working drawings for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and civil work
• Handle client meetings, understand requirements, and present design ideas
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure design accuracy during execution
• Assist in material selection, finishes, and BOQs
• Maintain documentation, timelines, and quality standards
• Ensure smooth communication between design team, clients, and site teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 1–4 years of experience in residential interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) + SketchUp/3Ds Max + MS Office
• Strong understanding of materials, modular systems, and site coordination
• Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
