Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Bengaluru. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing design concepts, space planning, drafting construction drawings, and coordinating with architects and contractors. The role involves selecting and managing finishes, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E) to create cohesive and functional designs that meet clients' needs. The candidate will collaborate closely with clients to ensure the designs are tailored to their lifestyles and preferences.

Qualifications

1. Collaborate with the design team to understand client requirements and project goals.

2. Assist in creating design concepts, mood boards, and 2D/3D plans using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.

3. Support in preparing detailed drawings and presentations for client approvals.

4. Conduct research on materials, furnishings, and current interior design trends to inform project decisions.

5. Proactively follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert calls into qualified leads or clients. Earn attractive incentives for every successful conversion.

6. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials and ensure timely delivery.

7. Assist in site visits to take measurements, observe progress, and ensure design feasibility.

8. Help maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, and budgets.

9. Edit and prepare visual content for presentations and marketing purposes.

10. Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate innovative ideas into design solutions.

11. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

12. Prior experience in the interior design industry is a plus

13 Must have a bachelor's degree in interior design and also an acceptable diploma in interior design
