The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and closing deals for interior design and architectural services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential clients (residential & commercial). Explain service offerings clearly and confidently. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals. Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and coordinate with design teams. Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Submit daily/weekly reports on client meetings and lead progress. Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or construction industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus). Two-wheeler with valid driving license. Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident.
