CTC :- 4.80 lacs , Office Timing : 11.00 am - 7.00 pm , Rotational off - 6 days

The Interior Designer (Sales + Design) is responsible for creating visually appealing and functional interior spaces while managing client relationships and driving sales. This role combines design expertise with sales strategies to meet clients' needs and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both design and customer service.

• Consult with clients to determine design preferences and requirements.
• Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, color schemes, and furniture selections.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients for approval.
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of design projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client management.
• Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to provide innovative design solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience in interior design and sales.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for design.
