The ideal candidate will not only design beautiful spaces but also oversee project execution, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and budget. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, material specifications, and 3D renderings. Supervise on-site project execution and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Assist in procurement of materials and furniture, negotiating with vendors when required. Maintain project documentation and progress reports. Provide leadership and guidance to junior designers and support staff. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Interior Designer with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent). Excellent project management and organizational skills. Good communication and client handling abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Attributes: Creative mindset with an eye for detail. Strong leadership and team management skills.
