Interior Designer

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team and take the lead on high-end residential and commercial projects.Responsibilities:• Project Leadership: Manage interior design projects end-to-end, ensuring design quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence.• Client Collaboration: Build strong client relationships through clear communication, concept presentations, and exceptional service.• Design Development: Work closely with clients, architects, and team members to develop design concepts, layouts, space planning, material selection, and FF&E specifications.• BOQ Preparation: Create and maintain detailed Bills of Quantities to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project budgets.• Technical Drawings: Produce accurate and comprehensive working drawings for execution teams, including furniture, electrical, plumbing, and ceiling details.• Digital Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools to create detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation decks.• Artistry in Design: Create elegant and innovative layouts with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.• Technology Advancement: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and efficiency to the team.⸻Qualifications:• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design.• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Workspace.
