Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality 3D interior visualizations using industry-standard tools.
• Work on space planning, conceptual design, and mood boards.
• Create and manage detailed interior models in

  , including furniture layouts, lighting, materials, and finishes.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and

  cost estimations

  for interior projects.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technology in the field of interior architecture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  3D interior design

  and visualization.
• Proficiency in

  3ds Max

  is a must.
• Knowledge of additional tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit is a plus.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, textures, and finishes.
• Ability to read and create construction drawings and estimation sheets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
