Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements including

  scope, budget, timeline, site condition, and decision authority

• Coordinate with

  design and technical teams

  using standard requirement templates
• Track design development, estimates, and presentations and keep clients informed
• Prepare, explain, and present

  quotations/estimates

  , including scope, inclusions, exclusions, timelines, and payment terms
• Maintain professional client relationships throughout the sales and execution cycle
• Handle client concerns professionally and conduct

  satisfaction checks at milestones

• Collect

  testimonials, Google reviews, and referrals

  as per process
• Adhere strictly to

  ethical sales practices, confidentiality, and brand guidelines

• Use only

  official communication channels, ERP, and approved tools

• Participate in

  pre-execution handover

  , ensuring approvals, payments, and documentation are complete

Key Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in interior sales, client servicing, or design coordination

• Ability to understand

  drawings, layouts, materials, and interior scope

• Ability to understand customer needs and close deals professionally
• High level of discipline in follow-ups and documentation
• Basic understanding of

  quotations and payment terms

• Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
