Interior Design Project Manager

As an experienced Interior Designer in the retail sector, your role will involve developing design concepts and producing contract documents based on client needs. You will be responsible for meeting with clients to understand project requirements and showcasing your design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs - Meet with clients to program project requirements - Showcase design expertise in conceptual, technical, and modular design - Handle civil works & services specifications and installation details - Create BOQ for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies - Drive sales closure with logical and trusted sales pitch - Lead design meetings with customers - Demonstrate behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, and crisp communication - Show willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among team members Qualifications: - Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline - 10+ years of experience in handling multiple retail projects with wide design and detail knowledge - Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture, and mixed-use projects preferred - Project management experience with creative, imaginative, and artistic skills - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max, or similar design software - Understanding of basic principles of space planning - Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials,
