Role Description :

• Architect specialising in Interior Design
• We are seeking a qualified Architect with a strong specialization in Interior Design to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural principles and technical drawings, while being highly skilled in interior design, which will be the core focus of this role.
• As a designer you will closely collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure that all aspects of design (concept, 3D, drawings etc) are executed to highest standards, with a deep understanding of materials.

Softwares Required

Autocad , Photoshop, Revit , Sketchup , V-ray, Microsoft Office, Enscape

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory)

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design
• Must have technical knowledge of architecture, including construction drawings, building codes, and site execution
• Proven experience in luxury residential and/or office interior design
• Strong material knowledge and ability to prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, originality in design, and problem-solving ability

* Excellent presentation skills

* Material knowledge is required
