Architect(Design Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
• Translate the developers requirements into concept drawings, design plans, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with internal teams (project, sales, marketing, execution) and external consultants (structural, MEP, landscape).
• Ensure design compliance with building codes, local development regulations, environmental norms, and sustainability standards.
• Oversee preparation of master plans, elevations, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Review drawings and GFCs (Good for Construction) to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct site visits during execution stage; resolve on-ground design/technical issues.
• Guide and mentor junior architects & design staff.
• Present design proposals to management, investors, and government authorities when required.
• Stay updated on real estate trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovation and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/ Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in real estate/developer firms.
• Registered Architect (Council of Architecture, India) preferred.
• Strong portfolio of residential townships, high-rises, commercial complexes, or mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and other design software.
• Thorough knowledge of NBC, DCPR, local by-laws, FSI usage, and approval processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to balance aesthetic design, functionality, and cost control.
