Interior Design Lead

As a Design Director, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading the creative efforts for the Premium interior design vertical in Livspace for that region. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in interior design or a related field, have 5 to 8 years of experience in interior design focusing on home interior projects, demonstrate proven experience in managing design teams and delivering successful high-value projects, possess strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships, showcase the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high-quality standards, be proficient in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, and have a passion for design with a commitment to staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
