Role Overview:

Interior Design Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team for office Space & commercial projects.
• Develop creative design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with clients, understand requirements, and present design solutions for approvals.
• Ensure projects align with design principles, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Oversee material selection, vendor coordination, and site execution.
• Review 2D space planning, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona).
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget while maintaining design quality.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring team productivity and creativity.
• Contribute to revenue generation through design excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in interior design/architecture.
• 7+ years of proven experience in interior design with leadership exposure.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent client handling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and material specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

Work Mode: On-site

Working Days: 6 Days
