Job Title: Faculty – Interior Design

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate interior‑design educator to join our faculty. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging coursework, mentor students, and contribute to the institute’s vibrant design community.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate interior‑design modules, including studio projects, theory, and technical workshops.

- Mentor students, provide constructive feedback, and guide their portfolio development.

- Coordinate and supervise field visits, industry collaborations, and live design projects.

- Participate in curriculum planning, assessment, and academic meetings.

- Contribute to the institute’s research, exhibitions, and community outreach initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline (Ph.D. preferred for senior positions).

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design practice or consultancy.

- Proven teaching experience at the higher‑education level, with a portfolio of student work or projects.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with digital visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max).

- Familiarity with the Indian design market and exposure to Gujarat’s architectural context.

- Participation in design competitions, exhibitions, or industry conferences.

Skills & Attributes

- Strong visual and spatial communication abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal and mentorship skills.

- Ability to integrate theory with hands‑on practice.

- Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple studio sessions.
