Interior Architect

As an Interior Architect at Virkar Developers Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the execution of interior spaces for high-quality residential and commercial projects. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering innovative and aesthetically excellent interiors that meet client requirements and project goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative and functional interior architectural concepts aligned with project goals and client requirements. - Prepare mood boards, conceptual sketches, 3D models, and detailed layouts to communicate design intent effectively. - Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements while adhering to the design intent and budget constraints. - Produce technical drawings and specifications for construction and execution, ensuring accuracy and quality. - Collaborate with various teams including structural engineers, civil teams, and MEP consultants to seamlessly integrate interior designs. - Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure design accuracy. - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for sourcing, procurement, and installation of interior elements. - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations throughout the project. - Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in interior architecture or design, preferably in real estate or residential development. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other relevant software for design and visualization. - Strong understanding of spatial planning, ergonomics, lighting, and materials selection. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within specified timelines. - Creative problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach to design solutions. In addition to the required qualifications, experience with sustainable design, knowledge of local building codes, and exposure to turnkey interior projects will be advantageous for this role.
