You should be:

• Fast, versatile, and self-driven.
• Proficient in interior detailing, coordination, and documentation.
• Comfortable moving between concept and execution — from sketches to working drawings.
• Experienced in

  high-end residential projects

  (minimum 2–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts aligned with the architectural vision of each project.
• Prepare and coordinate design presentations, drawings, and mood boards.
• Produce detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications for execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants through all project stages.
• Manage site execution and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Work collaboratively with architects, clients, and the design team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Architecture

  or

  Interior Design

  .

• Preferred: 2–3 years of professional experience

  in high-end residential interiors.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  ,

  SketchUp

  , and

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Revit knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
