Qualification:

  • B.Des in Interior Design or Diploma in Interior Design

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

  • Conceptualize and develop interior design solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare space plans, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and detailed construction drawings.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories.
  • Expertise in modular fit-out systems, joinery detailing, and customized interiors.
  • Strong knowledge of estimation, costing, and BOQ preparation for interior works.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and accessibility standards.
  • Supervise site execution, monitor quality, and manage project timelines.
  • Incorporate sustainable and innovative design practices.

Software Skills:

  • AutoCAD (2D drafting & working drawings)
  • SketchUp (3D modeling)
  • Lumion (rendering & visualization)
