Interior and Finishing Manager

The Interior and Finishing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior construction and finishing works, ensuring that projects are completed according to the specified quality standards, timelines, and budget. This role includes managing interior design elements, finishes, and materials, while coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and the project team to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing results.

· Project Planning, Coordination and Budget Management:

• Review and understand project specifications, blueprints, and designs related to interior finishes.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure that the interior design vision aligns with the construction and finishing processes.
• Develop and manage the interior and finishing work schedules to meet overall project timelines.
• Monitor and control the budget for interior and finishing works, ensuring that costs remain within established limits.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions without compromising on quality.

· Material Selection and Procurement:

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and products based on design requirements, budget constraints, and durability needs.
• Source and procure interior materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.

· Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials.

· Supervision & Quality Control and Health, Safety, & Compliance:

• Oversee all interior construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Perform quality control checks on-site to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure that work meets or exceeds client expectations.

· Enforce safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment on-site.

· Team & Client Management and Supervision:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and other stakeholders regarding interior and finishing works.
• Lead and supervise interior finishing teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to interior finishing work, such as delays, material shortages, or design modifications.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities and Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

· In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction processes.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Experience Required
(M) - with 5-7 years of relevant years of experience in interior and finishing management pf real estate/construction industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
