We have partnered with a leading global specialist in energy management and automation who is currently looking for an experienced HR professional to support our HR function. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HRIS, HR Data Management, and Business Partnering, and possess the ability to drive strategic HR initiatives including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) projects. This role provides an opportunity to closely collaborate with business leaders and deliver high-quality HR solutions in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and uphold HR data systems (HRIS) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. - Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend workforce requirements and offer suitable HR solutions. - Lead and assist in HR projects, especially focusing on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. - Generate, analyze, and present HR reports to the leadership for informed decision-making. - Serve as a bridge between HR and business units to synchronize HR processes with organizational objectives. - Ensure the seamless execution of HR policies, programs, and employee engagement activities.
