Job Description

As an Interim HR Business Partner for a duration of 6 months with potential for a permanent role, you will leverage your extensive HR operations or generalist experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced and competitive environment such as IT, product, or startup settings. Your role will require a robust understanding of Indian employment laws, health & safety regulations, and HR best practices to develop and implement compliant policies and procedures effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening, interviews, induction, and onboarding. Collaboration with global talent acquisition teams and local recruitment partners is crucial to execute a successful hiring strategy. Working closely with HR leadership and department heads, you will assess staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions. You will oversee offboarding processes, including separations and terminations, with efficiency and professionalism. Administering benefits programs and collaborating with vendors to ensure effective delivery will also be part of your role. Contributing to the design and implementation of HR programs tailored to organizational needs is essential, focusing on reviewing and enhancing workplace practices. Handling employee relations cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes, will be within your responsibilities. Additionally, supporting global HR initiatives in collaboration with HR leadership and maintaining accurate systems, records, and databases in compliance with data protection laws are crucial aspects of your role. Your proactive organizational, administrative, and project management abilities, attention to detail, and effective task prioritization will be valuable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required, along with a proven track record of fostering collaborative relationships internally and externally while upholding HR values, discretion, and confidentiality. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage with diverse stakeholders successfully.,
