As an Inter CA qualified professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will be managing end-to-end accounting processes, including month-end and year-end closing activities. Leading the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Handling all aspects of direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filing, assessments, and advisory. Planning and executing internal audits to identify areas for process improvement and risk mitigation. Conducting detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decisions. Liaising with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies. Mentoring and guiding junior team members on accounting principles and procedures.
