We transform raw data into actionable intelligence that drives revenue growth and competitive advantage for our customers. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you'll serve as a key customer-facing partner, ensuring that every campaign runs smoothly from kickoff through delivery. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that help our customers reach their target audiences with impact. Role Overview: As the Intent-Driven Leads Program Manager at HG Insights, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Account team to run impactful campaigns and deliver amazing intent-driven lead experiences for TrustRadius customers. Your efforts will focus on driving revenue, saving accounts from churning, and facilitating additional growth via expansions. Key Responsibilities: - Ramp up and build a thorough understanding of current capabilities across all intent-driven leads efforts, tailoring and delivering content to customers. - Partner with field leadership to design and deliver optimal experiences around the product offering. - Gather campaign data and put together program materials for customers, ensuring approval and communication. - Manage the intent-driven leads campaign details from start to finish, ensuring accessibility and capturing all aspects for customers and cross-functional teams. - Track campaign progress, address feedback, optimize efforts, and provide campaign summaries. - Gather feedback directly from the field and through call listening to drive improvements. - Update tracking and reporting systems, make data-driven decisions, and align on priorities with Revenue and Marketing Leaders. - Deepen relationships and build new ones with all stakeholders involved in the intent-driven leads efforts. - Work with Product to align intent-driven leads into the product and ensure accurate documentation on Confluence and Highspot. Qualifications Required: - Direct experience working in tech, B2B, SaaS, with a preference for working with strategic and/or enterprise customers. - 2+ years of work experience in revenue-focused functions in customer-facing roles, with specific experience in leads programs and delivery being a plus. - Proven track record of project management for revenue programs and processes, preferably at high-growth companies. - PMP certification is a plus. - Self-starter with experience driving campaigns and programs as an individual contributor. - Expertise and passion for communication and cross-team collaboration.,
