IntelliMatch & SQL Support

As an IntelliMatch & SQL Support professional at FIS, you will be part of the IntelliMatch application support team within the FIS Client Experience team. Your role will involve providing high-quality client experience through technical expertise and support to ensure clients maximize the utility of the applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Accurately and timely logging of client issues - Prioritizing and investigating issues based on set guidelines - Resolving issues and escalating them when necessary, both internally and externally - Managing client expectations regarding timelines and support status - Organizing WebEx sessions and conference calls for issue resolution - Staying updated on functionality in relevant products and new releases - Working efficiently under pressure and maintaining effective communication with clients To excel in this role, you should bring: - 7-11 years of experience in IntelliMatch Support - Extensive experience in working with IntelliMatch hosted environment - Expertise in managing and supporting windows-based applications on the public cloud - Competency in troubleshooting end-to-end production environments - Knowledge of the financial services marketplace - Degree or equivalent qualification - ITIL v3 Foundation or higher certification is desirable Your competencies should include: - Fluent in English - Excellent communication skills for technical and commercial discussions - Attention to detail in documentation - Organized approach to managing priorities - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team - Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and weekend on-call support In terms of technical requirements, you should have: - Advanced knowledge of working with IntelliMatch - Troubleshooting skills in Load Balanced environments - Familiarity with environments involving MQ, Citrix, n-tier architecture, and Public/private cloud - Understanding of complex DB objects and ability to write SQL statements - Experience with Crystal Reports and SSRS is a plus At FIS, you can expect: - A multifaceted job with significant responsibility and diverse opportunities - Professional education and personal development possibilities - A variety of career development tools, resources, and opportunities FIS is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy and security of all personal information processed to deliver services.
