IntelliMatch & SQL Support

As a member of the FIS IntelliMatch application support team within the FIS Client Experience team, your role will be crucial in providing high-quality client experience through support and technical expertise to ensure clients maximize the benefits of the applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Accurate and timely logging, prioritization, investigation, and resolution of client issues - Escalation of issues internally and externally when necessary - Managing client expectations regarding timelines, support approach, and issue status - Organizing WebEx sessions and conference calls for issue investigation and resolution - Staying updated on the functionality and latest releases of relevant products - Working under pressure to meet deliverable deadlines and effectively communicate with clients in challenging situations To be successful in this role, you should bring: Knowledge/Experience: - 7-11 years of experience in IntelliMatch Support - Extensive experience in working with IntelliMatch hosted environments - Expertise in managing, troubleshooting, and supporting windows-based applications on the public cloud - Competency in supporting end-to-end production environments and collaborating with various support teams - Knowledge of the financial services marketplace Qualifications: - Degree or equivalent - ITIL v3 Foundation or higher desirable Competencies: - Fluent in English - Excellent communicator with the ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions - Attention to detail in documentation - Organized approach to managing priorities - Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset - Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support Technical Requirements: - Advanced knowledge of IntelliMatch - Troubleshooting complex issues in Load Balanced environments - Familiarity with environments involving MQ, Citrix, n-tier architecture, Public/private cloud - Understanding of complex DB objects and ability to write SQL statements - Experience with Crystal Reports and SSRS is a plus In return, FIS offers you: - A multifaceted job with high responsibility and diverse opportunities - Professional education and personal development possibilities - Career development tools and resources Please note that FIS is committed to safeguarding personal information and follows a direct sourcing model for recruitment.
