Integration Specialist

As an API Integration Specialist at apexanalytix, your main responsibility will be to use APIs for client implementations for Smartvm API and apexportal Solutions software applications. You will work closely with clients to design and configure interfaces between their ERP systems and Smartvm, apexportal, leading the testing of ERP integrations and ensuring data reconciliation. Additionally, you will lead integration and onboarding efforts with internal teams and customers, as well as assist in designing and developing interfaces between ERP systems and apexportal. Your role will involve supporting existing internal/client-facing APIs, developing stored procedures and triggers using Microsoft SQL server, and designing interactive graphs for API usage analysis. You will also be responsible for system security and overall system administration, including client data protection and policy enforcement. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in designing and configuring interfaces between their ERP systems and Smartvm, apexportal, and lead ERP integration testing - Lead integration and onboarding efforts with internal teams and customers - Develop stored procedures, triggers, and reusable functions using Microsoft SQL server - Design interactive graphs for tracking multiple APIs and analysis using Azure, PowerBI - Ensure overall system security and protect client data - Present functional overviews and requirements to clients during planning - Setup technical environments and serve as the technical expert for hosted clients - Troubleshoot network, database, and software problems for client implementations - Conduct training for designated clients - Work with Infrastructure personnel to resolve client integration issues - Collaborate with Client Value Team and Audit team to support clients - Participate in in-house Research & Development projects of apexportal Solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 2 years related experience or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related discipline with 1 year of related experience preferred - 2+ years of experience as an implementation specialist, data analyst, or similar role with exposure to Data Warehousing concepts and multi-system APIs - 1+ years IT background including multiple API (REST/SOAP) Development and Integration with software-as-a-service and on-premise solutions - Strong experience in SQL Server, REST, SOAP APIs, Postman, debugging tools, and data delivery via APIs - Knowledge of API/Web Service authentication/authorization practices, CSV, XML, JSON file formats, and best practices for data quality review - Ability to create complex Stored Procedures, indexes, views, and jobs using SQL - Experience with SSIS, creating and deploying SSIS using various sources - Working knowledge of API management tools, version control tools, HTTP, FTP, secure FTP, and PGP - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Agile Development methodologies, and customer-facing experience with large customers,
