Integration Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining Supernal InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad as an Integration Lead, focusing on designing, automating, and managing enterprise workflows using low-code/no-code integration platforms. Your role will involve leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient business process integration. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize low-code/no-code platforms like Workato, Integromat, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate to design and automate enterprise workflows. - Lead teams in the integration development process, with a focus on Process Automation, ETL, and business process integration. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful API integrations, webhooks, and data mapping. - Apply your expertise in SaaS applications and their APIs, such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, and Marketing tools. - Possess basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or SQL to enhance integration processes. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and effective communication to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in integration development, with at least 2-3 years specifically in low-code/no-code platforms like Workato, Integromat, Zapier, or Power Automate. - Proficiency in API integrations, webhooks, data mapping, business process automation (BPA), and ETL/data pipeline creation. - Familiarity with SaaS applications and their APIs, along with optional knowledge in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or SQL. - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential. - Preferred qualifications include certifications in Workato, Integromat, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar tools, as well as knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid integrations.
