Integration Lead

Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5-8 Years Employment Type: Full-time This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Integration Lead. We are looking for an Integration Lead with expertise in low-code/no-code integration platforms (such as Workato, Make (Integromat), Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar) to design, automate, and manage enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Process Automation, basic ETL, and business process integration, along with leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in integration development, with at least 2-3 years in low-code/no-code platforms (Workato, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.). - Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data mapping. - Experience with business process automation (BPA) and ETL/data pipeline creation. - Familiarity with SaaS applications (CRM, ERP, HRIS, Marketing tools) and their APIs. - Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, JavaScript) or SQL is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in Workato, Make, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar tools. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid integrations.
