Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, translating those needs into actionable business and technology solutions, and driving discussions around transformation and the customer journey. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that functional and application designs align with business requirements, ultimately contributing to the successful implementation of integrated solutions that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience with API management and data integration tools. - Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and marketing automation. - Ability to analyze and optimize integration processes for efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
