Job Opportunity for Integration Architect with ASSA ABLOY Chennai As an Integration Architect at ASSA ABLOY in Chennai, India, you will provide design and governance expertise for Integration Development throughout the integration lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in advocating and contributing to best practices and integration strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing high-quality, secure, self-maintaining, and resilient integration solutions. Collaborating with Solution Architects and Integration Engineers to ensure solutions meet requirements and are developed as per specifications is also a key aspect of your role. You will be involved in various tasks such as creating initial integration designs, providing detailed task breakdowns with estimates, conducting peer code reviews, supporting testers during testing phases, and designing production operational requirements. Additionally, you will perform performance reviews on integrations, identify areas for improvement, and champion necessary changes through the process. Operational guidance will involve implementing exception management processes, defining maintenance guidelines for data management, ensuring adherence to IT standards and best practices, designing integrations for minimal AMS team involvement, and maintaining consistency in integration design. You will lead, mentor, and coach engineers to deliver high-quality and high-performing integrations. Collaboration, trust, openness, and adherence to integration standards, governance, security guidelines, and regulations are essential aspects of your role. In terms of qualifications, you should have at least 5 years of proven integration development experience as a senior developer, a good understanding of integration principles and best practices, knowledge of software release and deployment management, and experience working in global organizations. Strong communication skills in English, proficiency in relevant technologies, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams are also required.
