About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop plugins for Rational Team Concert (RTC) to support customized workflows.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure smooth communication across systems.
• Write and maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code in Java.
• Contribute to automation and scripting with Python (good to have).
• Use Git-based version control systems for code management and collaboration.
• Leverage expertise in Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) for seamless integration.
• Provide guidance in Agile environments, including SCRUM, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plugins and integrations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall development experience, with a strong focus on Java and plugin development.
• Hands-on experience developing plugins for RTC within IBM ELM.
• In-depth knowledge of OSLC (Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration).
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and consumption.
• Familiarity with Python scripting (nice to have).
• Strong Git version control knowledge.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe, Waterfall).
