VRM-Bancassurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced VRM Bancassurance Manager to join our team at Aditya Birla Health Insurance in partnership with HDFC Bank.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Distribution: Drive sales growth by selling health insurance products through HDFC Bank channels, meeting sales targets and revenue goals.- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and business growth.- Customer Centricity: Provide customers with comprehensive health insurance solutions, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.- Tele Sales: Reach out to existing and potential customers to present product and service offerings, address questions or issues, and offer solutions based on client needs.- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
- Education: Graduation degree in any field- Experience: At least 1+ year of experience in health insurance sales; telesales experience preferred- Language: Fluent English- Age: Up to 30 years- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership and relationship management abilities
