Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Team Leader, located in Ahmedabad. The Insurance Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the insurance team, ensure excellent customer service, and manage team performance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, providing guidance and support to team members, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
