Insurance Support Officer

Role Overview: You will be a key part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance function in a global professional services and technology firm based in Pune. Your primary responsibility as an Insurance Support Officer will be to support in managing the Groups Global Insurance Programme under the guidance of the Group Insurance Programme Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain insurance spreadsheets and policy schedules - Obtain insurance certificates for stakeholders - Assist in insurance-focused audit and tender questionnaires - Support the collation of information required for the renewal of the Groups global insurance policies - Work with stakeholders and the Groups Insurance Broker to capture and verify required data - Help in collating claims against the business and identify trends for reporting - Assist in the integration of insurances following new business acquisition into the Group - Liaise with global insurance brokers to ensure adequate cover is in place - Assist with any mid-term adjustments along with new business quotations Qualification Required: - Experience working in the Insurance Industry - Knowledge and understanding of Corporate Insurances - Communication skills (verbal and written) - Strong planning and organization skills - Excellent attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent IT skills - Self-starting and driven to continually improve - Appropriate professional certification (desirable),
