Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Specialist located in Kochi. The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for managing insurance-related tasks, providing financial analysis, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. They will work closely with the insurance brokerage team to deliver exceptional customer service to clients. Day-to-day tasks include processing insurance claims, handling policy renewals, offering advice on various insurance products, and assisting with the resolution of any insurance-related issues.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong knowledge in Finance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Relevant certifications in Insurance or Finance are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
