Insurance Service Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for a meticulous and customer-oriented Insurance Client Service Coordinator to oversee the complete process of quoting, documentation, and onboarding for insurance clients. As the Insurance Client Service Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include collaborating with underwriters, ensuring compliance, supporting claims processing, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to Australian financial services regulations. Your duties will involve working closely with underwriters to secure competitive insurance quotes that align with the specific needs of clients. It will be crucial to guarantee that all quotes adhere to regulatory and policy requirements. You will also be responsible for collecting, verifying, and organizing client documentation, as well as utilizing quoting platforms to generate thorough quote comparisons. In this role, effective communication is key as you will be in constant contact with clients from the initial proposal stage through to onboarding and policy issuance. Additionally, you will provide administrative assistance and support in managing claims, serving as a bridge between clients and insurers. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with internal policies and AFSL regulations will also be part of your regular tasks. Ideally, candidates should have previous experience in insurance brokerage or financial services and possess strong organizational and communication skills. It is essential to have familiarity with quoting platforms and a good understanding of insurance regulations in Australia. A customer-centric approach with a keen eye for detail is highly valued.
