Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads for insurance products.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients.
• Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer needs.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain relationships with clients for renewals and cross-selling.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
