Safety Officer – Solar Plants

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Safety Officer to support our Solar Plant operations and projects across India. The role requires strong knowledge of HSE practices, statutory compliance, and a commitment to creating a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures at project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with NEBOSH, Fire & Safety, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain safety reports and documentation.
• Travel frequently to project sites (PAN India).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in safety (preferably in Solar/Power/Energy sector).
• NEBOSH, Fire & Safety certification mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
