Your Role & Impact

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans Explain policies, benefits, and terms in clear and simple language Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales Assist with proposal forms, documentation, and policy issuance Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and service teams Cross-sell and upsell additional financial products Meet monthly targets for new policies, renewals & retention

Communication Proficiency

• Fluent in

  English, Hindi, and Bengali

  (spoken & written)
• Can break down complex terms into simple language
