Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Insurance Sales Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for driving insurance sales, managing a team of advisors, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales metrics, training and motivating the sales team, and establishing strong relationships with clients. The role also involves collaborating with finance teams to ensure smooth operations and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance knowledge
Customer Service and Finance expertise
Experience in Team Management and leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
