Job Title: Bancassurance Manager Department: Bancassurance Channel Experience: 2 to 6 years in Life Insurance in Banca / Open Architecture / Banking Industry Preference: Life Insurance / Banking / Financial Services Education: Graduate  Location: Hyderabad(3 positions),Visakhapatnam (Vizag) (1 position), Vijayawada (1 position), Bangalore (3 positions), Mattancherry (1 position),Madurai (1 position) About the Role: As a Sales Manager – Bancassurance, you will be responsible for driving life insurance business through partner bank branches, building lasting relationships with branch staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance. This is a high-impact, field-based role requiring strong relationship and consultative selling skills.  Key Responsibilities: Drive insurance sales through assigned partner bank branches.  Train, support, and motivate bank branch teams to generate leads and close sales. Conduct joint calls and deliver effective customer presentations. Maintain strong MIS reporting and ensure 100% compliance.
