As an Insurance Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses, while also focusing on building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for life, health, and general insurance products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products. - Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. - Provide timely and accurate information to clients about insurance plans, terms, and claims. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Attend industry events, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field (Business). In this role, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales through proactive engagement with clients, offering suitable insurance solutions, and meeting and exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to further your product knowledge and sales skills through industry events and training sessions. Note: The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, a day shift schedule, morning shift schedule, and performance bonuses. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
