Role: Life Insurance Renewals (Sales & Retention) Renewals Process Key Responsibilities: Handle Life Insurance Renewal Process efficiently. Counsel and interact with customers for policy renewals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of renewals. Requirements: Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year on-paper experience in Sales & Renewals. Versant Score: 5 (Mandatory) Strong communication and customer handling skills.
