We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to interact with potential clients, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for insurance consultations. The role involves building rapport with prospects, explaining basic insurance offerings, and coordinating meetings for detailed sales discussions. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and in-person interactions to introduce insurance products. Schedule and confirm appointments for insurance presentations and sales meetings. Maintain and update client records in CRM systems. Follow up with clients to ensure successful meeting attendance. Support the sales team by generating qualified leads and setting up meetings. Provide basic product information and answer initial client queries. Work towards achieving daily/weekly appointment and lead-generation targets.
